What is POsH?

POsH is the Prevention of Homelessness Consortium and it co-ordinates partnership working between the many agencies which provide advice, accommodation and support services for homeless people in Watford. Members are from statutory bodies, voluntary organisations and local Registered Social Landlords.

POsH meetings continue to be held every two months.This year Meadowell Medical Centre and Watford and District YMCA have hosted the meetings for us. We would like to thank those residents at the YMCA who kindly prepared the refreshments for the meetings.

We held a very useful networking & discussion day with Jobcentre Plus and we were joined by representatives from a number of housing associations.
